Food and Natural products processing
The Food in Health team has strong expertise on processing food and other natural sources, including plant materials and agro-food residues, for the benign and selective isolation of natural high added-value products (antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer compounds, anti-fungal, anti-microbial agents, natural colourants and flavours) and development or formulation of novel food products.
